Details and care
Near-black, with a tufted chevron running across it in low relief. The color absorbs most of the light and the texture gives a little of it back, and that is the whole effect. Black is the hardest color to keep looking expensive, and texture is what does it here.
The sateen-linen ground stays cool and breathable. The raised work is part of the cloth, so it will not lift or peel. Dark cloth shows lint, so wash it with like colors and shake it out before you hang it.
