Where we ship

We currently ship across Egypt via trusted courier partners. International shipping isn’t available yet.

Processing time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Cairo time) are usually processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/official holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

  • Standard delivery: within 4 business days from dispatch (most Cairo/Giza deliveries arrive sooner).

  • Remote locations may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and any active promotions.

  • If we’re running a free-shipping offer, you’ll see it clearly on-site and at checkout.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by SMS or email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Delivery attempts & address issues

  • Our courier will make up to two delivery attempts. If they can’t reach you, the parcel may be returned to us.

  • Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If you need to change the address, contact us before dispatch—after shipping, changes may delay delivery and incur extra fees.

Cash on Delivery (COD) (if available)

  • COD may include a small service fee shown at checkout. Please have the exact amount ready at delivery.

Pre-orders & split shipments

  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship together when all items are ready, unless you request split shipping (additional charges may apply).

Delays outside our control
Weather, carrier capacity, and public holidays may cause rare delays. We’ll keep you updated if that happens.

Damaged or missing items
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos so we can help quickly.
