Hygiene & eligibility (bedding)
We can’t accept returns for bedding that has been opened, used, or washed, unless it’s defective/wrong—items must be in the same condition as received (labels, accessories, and original packaging intact). This aligns with the law’s requirement that returns be in the condition agreed at purchase. IDAI

If the return is due to defect or our error, Royal covers all shipping.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping may be deducted from the refund or paid to the courier at pickup.
How to start a return

We’ll arrange courier pickup or share a return label.

After inspection (within 7 business days of receipt), we’ll confirm your refund or exchange.
Refund method & timing

Online payments → refunded to the original method.

Cash on Delivery → refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

Once approved, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days (bank processing may vary).
Damaged on arrival
Please report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can prioritize a replacement or refund.
