When will my order arrive?
Cairo and Giza: 24–48 hours. Alexandria, the Delta, North Coast and Hurghada: 2–4 days. Other governorates: 2–4 days. We pack and dispatch from Cairo — orders placed before 5 PM usually ship the same day.
How do I pay?
Pay securely online at checkout — the easiest way to order. Prefer cash? Cash on delivery is available anywhere in Egypt when your set arrives.
What's your return policy?
7-day returns from the day your order arrives. The set should be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. Message us on WhatsApp to start a return and we'll arrange the pickup.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — WhatsApp is the fastest way to change or cancel, any time before your order is dispatched.
What sizes do you offer, and what's in a set?
Three bed sizes: Single, Double / Queen, and King. Each sheet set includes one bedsheet (Flat or Fitted — your choice) and two pillowcases; you can upgrade to four pillowcases at checkout. Full Sets add a matching duvet cover, priced as one.
How do I care for my bedding?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Line dry, or tumble dry on low. Iron on low if needed. Wash separately from textured fabrics to protect the weave, and don't bleach.
