Delivery

Cairo and Giza: 24 to 48 hours.
Alexandria, Delta, North Coast, Hurghada: 2 to 4 days.
Other governorates: 2 to 4 days.

We pack and dispatch from Cairo. Orders placed before 5 PM are typically dispatched the same day.

Payment

Cash on delivery at the door, across Egypt. You don’t pay until your set is in your hands.

Card payments accepted through Shopify checkout for buyers who prefer them.

Returns

7-day returns from the day you receive the order. The set should be in original condition (unwashed, unused, in original packaging).

Order changes

WhatsApp is the fastest way to change or cancel an order before dispatch.

Sizing

Three bed sizes: Single, Double / Queen, King.
Each sheet set: one bedsheet (Flat or Fitted, your choice) plus two pillowcases.
Upgrade to four pillowcases at checkout.
Full Sets add a duvet cover, priced as one.

Care

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle.
Line dry or tumble dry on low.
Iron on low if needed.
Wash separately from textured fabrics to protect the weave.
Do not bleach.
