How fast will I get it?

Orders placed before 5 PM are dispatched the same day.

Delivery takes 2 to 4 days in Cairo and Giza, and 3 to 5 days everywhere else.

How do I pay?

Card payment through checkout, or cash to the courier when your order arrives. Both are available on every order.

Can I exchange it?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery. The set must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. Message us on WhatsApp at +20 122 689 9905 and we will arrange the pickup.

Which size do I need?

Sheet sets come in Queen, King and Super King. Queen is 160 x 200, King is 180 x 200 and Super King is 200 x 200. Kids sets come in Single at 100 x 200 and Single Wide at 120 x 200. Measure the mattress, not the frame.

Every sheet set is one bedsheet, flat or fitted as you choose, with two matching pillowcases. Duvet cover sets are one cover and two pillowcases; the insert is not included.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Line dry, or tumble on low. Iron on low if you need to. No bleach, and no fabric softener, which weakens the weave.
