How fast will I get it?

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, then delivered in 2 to 4 days, up to 5 in some areas. You get a tracking message when the courier has it.

How do I pay?

Card at checkout, or cash to the courier when your order arrives.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on all orders right now. No code needed: it comes off automatically at checkout.

Does the duvet cover come with the duvet?

No. Duvet cover sets and sheet sets are the fabric only: the cover or sheet, plus two pillowcases. The duvet is sold separately, in two weights, and fits our covers exactly. Pillow fillings are not sold.

Which size do I need?

Measure the mattress, not the frame. Queen is 160 × 200, King 180 × 200, Super King 200 × 200. Kids beds take Single 100 × 200 or Single Wide 120 × 200. The size guide has the full chart and shows the difference between a flat sheet and a fitted one.

Can I exchange it?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery. The set must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. Message us on WhatsApp at +20 122 689 9905 and we collect the original and bring the replacement.

How do I wash it?

Cold wash, gentle cycle. Line dry or tumble on low. Iron on low if needed. No bleach and no fabric softener, which coats the fibres and dulls the finish. Prints go in inside out. Dark colours wash with like colours.
