Delivery

Cairo and Giza: 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation.
Alexandria, Delta, North Coast, Hurghada: 2 to 4 days.
Other governorates: 2 to 4 days.

We pack and ship from Cairo. Orders placed before 5 PM are typically dispatched the same day.

Payment

Cash on delivery (COD) is available across Egypt. You pay our delivery partner at the door once your order arrives.

Card payments through Shopify checkout are also accepted.

Returns

7-day return window from the day you receive the order. The set must be in its original condition: unwashed, unused, in original packaging.

Changes & cancellations

Need to change something? Reach us on WhatsApp before dispatch and we’ll handle it. After dispatch, the order can still be returned per the 7-day return policy.
