Do you offer samples before we commit to an order?
Yes. We send a physical swatch first, and for larger orders a full production sample, so you can check colour and hand-feel against your own linens before anything is confirmed.
What are your minimum order and lead times?
It depends on the piece and the season — we're a made-to-order studio, not a bulk warehouse, so we'll give you a real number once we know your property and quantity, not a generic minimum.
How do payments work for properties?
By invoice, on terms agreed before production starts. Cash on delivery, which we use for individual retail orders, doesn't apply here.
We work with a small number of properties at a time, by design — so every shade match gets the attention it needs.
